Did you do "all" of the landscaping? Cause alot of that stuff looks old and like it has been there a while. Esp the sideways leaning tree ;)

Hands down one of the best install jobs I've seen on this site! Be proud of that! How many crews do you run and are you design/build?

Cool deal then. Just looks older in the pics I guess.

BTW, I have a couple buddies that are pretty big in business in MBSC as I grew up only about 60 miles from there and I mentioned your name (business) the other day and they said they had not heard of your business. I told them that you said you were big in that area and as a matter of fact that you just won 17 local upscale Rest's maintentance. They ask whose rest's cause they do almost all commercial and didn't know of anybody that owned 17 upscale rest's in the area but I told them that I didn't know which ones they were.

What was the total bill on the property? Did you do all the design work? It looks absolutely incredible. I dream of doing work like that. How many years of experience do you have?

Top job & to be able to keep the maintenance shows the quality of work you have done there.

There was anywhere from 2 to 10 people there. We did not design the job although we made a few changes. Another two companies started the project and both lasted one day. We took it from day 3 to completion. The owner was a challenge to work with to say the least. The enitre job was done over months and by weeks end will be complete as far as we are taking it. He has someone else building him a private beach for his pond.

We passed on the maintenance end of it. I did not want to work for him anymore. A solo operator we know has the job. He spends 7 hours a week there working on the maintenance.

Doing this job for almost 7 years now - I know what you mean by not being able to work with some clients after completing their work!

 Ya just gotta keep it all in  - until the final payment has cleared....lol

They were machine cut before laying sod. It is hard to see but the sod went down in rolls. This was the first job we used the sod layer/cutter on the Bobcat. Man what a time saver. The tight areas were still hand tossed small pieces.

I'll bet that your glad that you passed on the full service for $325.00 a month.

I have two accounts that are mow only for $250.00 monthly (contract) and I log about 1.25 to 1.5 hours on each weekly. Every time I mow....I feel like I'm not making money.

Very nice work on the install...... :D

Very Nice Work Coastal!!!

This is the type of stuff most of us dream about!

What is the size of your operation!

Can you let us know how many folks work for you.

How many worked on this project?

And how many man hours did this take?

Best Regards from Canada! :waving:
