Turnaround on flyers

I hit a few neighborhoods today with my flyers. I am wanting to know what kind of turn around does this have? How long does it usually take for them to call? And how many people does this piss off?

We use doorhangers not flyers but the results would be around the same. Sometimes it's within 24 hours, sometimes it's months later (I've even had them call a year later) and sometimes it's never (esp at this point in the season)

geez, this is the time of the season (here) when the home owners are already sick of spending 2-3 hours out in the heat mowing...well worth the 40-50 bucks to have their lawn mowed, edged, trimmed, and blown off....can't wait until a few more weeks from now...have a few more slots to fill!

I got a call this week from a flyer within hours of hanging it and I got another call from a flyer I put out 2 months ago.
