When writing a contract for commercial accounts should I include things such as Spring/Fall Cleanup and leaf removal in the contract? Or should I leave these as options which may be selected by the owner.
More simply......make the contract from March 1 to November 31 and include everything. Or make the contract from April 1 to October 31 and only include mowing, edging, etc. while leaving spring/fall clean up, leaves, etc. as options.
I'm concerned if they are left as options I'll end up
clearing sticks, etc. anyway.
