1974 John Deere 110

I'm looking at a 1974 John Deere 110 with a 39" deck with electric lift. Kohler engine, good tires, everything works and it has a brand new seat. Looks pretty sharp and I'm not thinking of it for steady work, just to cut some rough stuff out back a few times a year and for the wife to haul her landscape rocks and stuff around. Any idea what these things are worth?

My uncle has one that is a PITA, if the tractor is that old, make SURE you drive it around in all gears a few times, and listen at all speeds for any sounds from the engine.

Condition is the major factor. They can be had for up to $1500 if its a cherry.
