Where to get bulk Imulsion in MN?

Where would I go to get bulk coal tar imulsion in Minnesota? Preferably the south metro area. Also, where could I get a hot tar kettle for crack filling?

I dont know where you can get bulk in your area , but I have a crafco 100 gallon hot crack sealer for sale $ 6000 .00, or a bearcat 250 gallon for sale for 7000.00 .
