WOW WOW WOW what a dramatic change!!!! Looks great :) . Are those washingtonia plams you planted?? I didnt know they could grow that far north?

Yes they are Washingtonian palms. They will not survive past thanksgiving, We will replace them next year....They are just expensive annuals.

Fantastic work!!Brought that properrty value way way up from what it was before!!The sod looks great and I like islands around the palms,I thought it was Hawaii at first.Boy oh boy if I had a couple of those I could retire real early!!

So far they have spent $165k. We have just started working on the front of the hotel now. The whole project started in Aug of last year. They have been doing sections at a time due to cash flow problems. When they are completed it will be about 250k.
