Look at this:

I have been looking for a heavy diesel compactor and this is an unbelievable price. Can anyone tell me anything about these? Any reason I should not buy one? I have a 4000# compactor for the pavers but I want a heavier 9000#-15000# size to make my base lifts larger for large jobs. Anyone have advice?

Its been repainted.

I ususally avoid any equipment that is all shined up like that.

It screams "Old trade-in".

I contacted the seller and the only tag on it is the Hatz motor tag, he bought from a construction company. I agree on the paint job. The plate size suggests that it is a big heavy one, somewhere in the 9000# range. If you go on the Bomag website or the Vibromax site anything with that size plate is high capacity.
