electric pto clutch failing ?

I have a 2003 fastrak 16 (44" deck). This weekend, after mowing for about 20 minutes, the pto clutch would start disengaging and re-engaging ever few seconds. I parked the mower for the day and tried again the next afternoon. Again after about 20 minutes of mowing, the clutch would kick in and out.

Is the PTO clutch failing, or is it possiby a problem with a switch or relay. My two year waranty period ends in 10 days.

Any ideas?

Get your unit into your dealer, it could be 1 of a few items, of which the clutch could be one of those items.
The clutch is not adjustable on your unit, so an adjustment is out of the question.
Your warranty is there for a reason, be sure to let the dealer know how close you are to expiring on the warranty.
