View Full Version : prem-a-green rack and a lesco spreader

i am looking to find a way i can make a rack to fit on my perm-a-green reese hitch rack along with the ride-on for my lesco spreader..
i donot like to transport the lesco spreader in the bed of the truck...it would be nice to mount it someware on the rack along with the ride-on while transporting it from job to job...
any ideas????

Are talking about a reese hitch rack like they use for power wheelchairs??? Northern Tool sells them starting for around $ 89.00. 1 800 556 7885 www.northerntool.com

thanks for the replys.
i am useing the rack that came with the ride-on and i would like to see about a way to transport the lesco push spreader also insted of tossing it in the back of the p/u(i have a cap it wont fit anyway)

I built one for my pick-up, but don't have cam. I only have to lift spreader 1 foot to haul. Put bags in box of truck leave tailgate at home. Works great.

I know a guy who custom fabbed his. (welded it to the PG rack.)

Paid $ 75.00 and the welding shop buzzed it together.

I should have a Digital Camera, I could take a picture of his.
