If it has a carb adjusting screw open it up a little to give it some gas.

Your dealer has it and he will fix your trimmer.

Check the spark arresstor screen. It may be carboned up (although 2 weeks would be a little soon).

To improve hot restarting issues in extreme temperatures a new insulator
block kit is available. Poor hot restarts can be caused by heat transfer
from the catalyst exhaust system to the carburetor a few minutes after unit
shutdown. The kit contains a 3 mm thicker carburetor insulator block, a
combination gasket/heat shield and stainless steel mounting screws. This
kit also comes with a new air filter element for your convenience. Installation
instructions are provided with the kit.

There is no carb adjustment and the screen isn't plugged.

Still, I'm thinking that's what's wrong.
