View Full Version : powerwashing new concrete

My guys got tire tracks on concrete and when I went to powerwash it off the powerwasher left some lines in the concrete. The powerwasher isn't very strong and I've powerwashed before but never had anything like this happen. The concrete is a little less than a year old. How should I remove the tire tracks and is there a timeframe for not powerwashing new concrete?

All you are taking off is a layer of concrete tire marks are the hardest to pull up.Sun should pull the lines away.

Try soap water and a stuff brush

Back when I was a little kid, by dad would use gasoline to remove stuff like that.
I expect that in the many years since, they've come up with something better :)

There is stuff that takes rust out but rubber ? Is the customer fussing over the problem? I am frustrated with the tires on my tractors what are the marks from? There are cleaners I have to look up the names. I just powerwash the whole area don't stay in one spot too long??
