Who to go about getting commercial accounts

I'm starting a new lawn business in north east FL I'm Hoping someone has a good tip on how to get started recruiting customers. If anyone has any good leads or is trying to cut back customers I will surely appreciate any help you can give me.

But up here in washington state, to get corporate, government, or large business accounts you must be licensed, bonded, insured, and be able to show that your workers are insured. It also helps if you have some experience with sprinkler systems, so you can maintain em or repair em for the customer.

Once you do that everyone is free game...just get out and outperform and slightly underbid everyone. ;)
