3 Acre Lawn Prep

How much would you guys charge to prep a 3 acre lot for a new lawn? Also what can I do besides bring in topsoil? I dont think the topsoil will be feasible and in is sandy and rocky. Let me know what you guys think. :help:

I'd just rent a skidsteer with a rockhound. Depending on the condition of the land you might not have to bring in topsoil. Do you have any pictures or anything? I seem to recall you being from Northeast, Ohio so let me know if you need any help.

How many gallons of round up will I need to kill what I allready have there? It is 3 acres of weeds. Can I spike it with seirea to give me a faster kill? Then harley rake and rock hound.

How thick are the weeds? Harley rack and rock hounding it might be enough to take care of it?

Just follow the directions on the roundup for how much to use, I don't recall off hand how much is needed. For 3 acres though, it'd be a lot.
