View Full Version : Ferris or Toro ?

Going to purchase a new mower in a week or so, and my local dealer has a Toro with 52"cut and 20hp Kohler or a Ferris with 52" and 23hp Kawasaki for a few hundred more. Which will be the better buy ?

In my opinion the Ferris is a better buy. The 4 wheel suspension helps out on rough ground and also helps the machine cut more evenly and not scalp as much. If you can demo each machine on your own property and get the one that best fits your needs.
