Per Eric's message regarding problems with email...I know realize why mine are not getting through to you.
Please email me at: Kevin Lee Marks@aol.com with any further advise on bidding apartment complexes. I have one due on friday and I DO NOT want to underbid it. I do not want it bad enough to be stuck with it all summer with no profit margin.
