whatcha think? anyone seen these things? only differences i could find between homeowner and commercial were financing plan/price, tire size, smaller fuel tank, and warranty.

I own a Z17-44 I just bought it and it is the best value for the homeowner, I researched mowers for half a year and knew of this mower, and when I tried it out, I bought it. With a mulch kit and arm rests.I tried out encore and exmark at there factorys and was told all the inside info on this mower by an employee at exmark, a few of exmarks ideas are on this mower it is only good for HOME use.
