My company has been offered the opportunity to maintain common grounds in a new residential sub-division. The sub-division will open in phases as the lots sell. The division consist of 80 single family lots with a lot of common ground. The way the blue prints are laid out each plot of common ground is labeled with square footage. My question is, should I bid the job per square inch? Is there an easier way to bid the property without being able to actually measure it? If I had a price per square inch, I could give the developer a pretty accurate bid, and adding each piece of common ground would not be a headache. What do you think? Please advise ;)
