Warranty on bac-vac

What is the warranty on the bac-vac? On the info sheets I haver I can't find it.

I just had 2 welds break on the catcher. It was bought on 8-12-04. If it's a year I'm just over.
The dealer said they haven't had any come in before for welds breaking. I usually leave the catcher on the mower because I got some I bag and some I don't spaced out all week.

Well it broke again. But the welds held. The metal broke next to the weld. Took it apart and got it welded on both sides. Hope it holds this time. Has anybody else had a problem?
