2005 Toro Time Cutter Good Buy ?????

I have a chance to buy a 2005 TORO TIME CUTTER ZERO TURN RADIUS MOWER 38 INCH for $1500 with the option grass collector. It's only been used this summer and looks like new.....Is this a good price ??? More importantly, is this a good mower ????

its a home depot homeowner mower not for commercial use so im guessing it will break not to far down the road if you use it commercially
