Hi,
I bought a Tanaka TBC-265 weedeater at auction a year ago for $5. Assuming this trimmer did not run, I threw it to the back of my barn, hoping I would be able to use this for parts. However, I recently put gas in the trimmer, and got it to start. The problem? I have no throttle cable or cutting head on this trimmer. My questions are 1) Do you think it is worth the expense in repairing this trimmer (engine runs great, no other problems) and 2) Where can I get high-quality replacement parts (even used are ok)?
