Is their any product that can do these 2 jobs in one, that as we continue work on road sealing we will fill all size of cracks, and even holes, together at the same time, with the very same material?
this will save very much work time.

the answer is no there is no product like that , crack sealing is a whole different process as is pot hole repair . If you are bidding that size job they should be giving you specs onthe scope of the work
