In one week what is the total of all the commercial and residential that you cut? I'm just curious with total amount of weekly accounts cut.

Residential - 19
Commercial - 1

The commercial property is a church and they will be moving into a new building next year. It's almost near completion and they will need someone to mow the lawn, obviously. However, I mow for the pastor at his house in the country. He gives me rides to his house since I don't drive yet, so I talk to him alot. Since I know him well, I'll probably have an advantage getting the job at the new building. This could be a decent account, but I'll need more efficient equipment. I'll have to wait and see!

It depends, it varies...

50-55 accounts, the number fluctuates +/- 1 or 2 all the time, 3 are commercial the rest resi's but NEVER have I had to cut ALL of them in one week...
In spring, it's 10/day but it rains a lot so I get in 3-4 days a week so 35 average. Now here late summer, it's 25-30 but mid-july it was more like 15-20 / week, all the same number of 50-55 accounts, sometimes I go a bit over 55, dunno, it's constantly changing on me.

Current quota is around 6/day right now thou 5/day would do it and I could go for 4/day but that makes it tricky when it rains. Cut 7 today, maybe 7 more tomorrow, maybe 6 saturday or monday or maybe none as I got other stuff needs doing, who knows?

26 per week. About 10 acres total.

We have 40 per week. This time of year it takes about 2 1/2 days (20 hrs two people) to do them all. The rest of the week we do landscape/"other stuff". Mowing is about 60% of our gross.

The number of jobs means nothing. Some days I do 35-40 residentials and other days I do 15. On the day's I do 15 I can make more money depending on which accounts they are.

Ill make it easy for you 35 accounts. I don't take any account that doesn't average 7,000.0 for the year. My biggest account is 58,000. my average is 10,000.

# of lawns means nothing to me. At last count, we were over 400 acres a week in mowing. P & L is what I look at btw...
