Roof sealing setup

I've got a few mobile home roof coating jobs lined up. I've done these before and seem to do pretty well at them. I get $300 for a single wide and $575 for a double. Now I'm looking for a way to do it better/quicker so I can bring home the same amount but get them done in less time. I've alway done them with a bucket and brush or pan and roller, and I've always bought the middle of the line product from Lowe's or Home Depot for around $50 per 5 Gallon.

Question 1 : Is there a way to spray it on and still get good results, no dripping? Can it be done with a regular paint sprayer or is it too thick? Is there a special kind of sprayer or applicator?

Question 2 : Can I get sealer that is just as good, but costs allot less?

You are trying to compare apples to screwdrivers . Roofs and driveways totally different .

I know that, but surely many guys who do driveway sealing for a living have also made some money by doing roof sealing. Since there is no roof sealing forum this seemed like the next best place.

The comparison is more like apples to pears. The manual method for both driveways and roof sealing consists of a bucket and roller, or bucket and brush, so I am hoping that the automatic method may be similar also.

Around here they shingle roofs , no mobile homes around here . I have no thoughts of sealing roofs , you cant fall off a driveway .
