it be a $12,000 min. for me. plus any excavating, drainage, backfill, etc.

do you have a state contractors license? here anything over $20k you need one just to bid, let alone do the work. i got one. commercial class. $300k rating. just wondering. if gas wasnt so high, id drive over there and engineer it.

Somehow, I missed this thread. Did you find an engineer yet?
