help with starting the business

I am 19 years old and attend the University of TN, majoring in landscape design. Me and a friend have a really good business of mowing and landscaping back home, we just have to leave it during the school year. I was wondering what a good way to get a business license was and what all I need just so I can make T-shirts, posters, etc. with a company name on it.

What county will you be starting your business in? You can then do a google search on your county office.
