Depends on how much cleaning and crack filling you have to do, i would charge at least $190.00 to $300.00 again depending on how much work is involved that is on an average 12 x 60 payup

Hand rolling sealcoat ? Thats like going into the mowing business with a reel mower that you push . Buckets of sealer cost around $ 10 .00 for 5 gallons , bulk sealer mixed cost less than a dollar per gallon .

Just to put things into perspective , we run a sealer crew , 2 men , a F 350 and a 550 gallon trailer , a 50 ft by 20 ft drive takes 2 men weedeating the edges , blowing it off and brush applying sealer less than a half an hour . They go thru 500 to 1000 gallons a week .

What should you charge ? Thats up to you and the market in your area , but the right equipment for the job will make it profitable .
