How do you work your delivery charges?

We charge a flat fee of $45.00 for our dump truck, $55.00 for our boom truck for local deliveries. We consider local to be about 15-20 miles, from there we have additional delivery charges depending on the distance. We have also instututed a toll fee for any delivery where we need to take the toll roads... We do make exceptions on some delivery charges when it is large quantities of stone.
