6x6 timber wall

I haven't built one of these in 12 years. I can't remember , do you have to put a drain field behind it ? It will be 3 feet high and 120 feet long ? I have a customer that has to have a timber wall for some reason. Thanks.

the hydro-static pressure that builds up behind any wall is the first thing that will cause any wall to fail. Extra drainage is easy insurance to ensure a long standing wall
