does anyone have a source for a carbon copy sheet for chemical applications.
I just found out that I passed my test now it is time to secure insurance and get my license.
I figure for my first application I will type as much info as i can then make two copies while i am at the job. one for me one for customer.
Thanks for any info.

I made up a service order on MS Word. Took it to the print shop where they make us 2,000 at a time. I then do my invoicing off of the service orders at the end of each week. I use MS Excel spread sheets to do all of my scheduling. This system has worked well for 5 years. Try a local print shop but set something up to take to them.

If you want to print your own 2-part forms, go to an office supply store and get a box of 2-part sensitized paper. Of course, you will need a dot matrix printer; lasers and ink jets can only do one copy.
