I have done some clean ups on vacant homes in the past and it usually would consists of double mowings / bagging. I have a yard to give an estimate on and I am curious what others would charge. It's a residential yard, about 8000 sq ft. Grass is laying over, at about 12 to 15 inches long. Alot of weeds 2 to 3 foot tall. My problem, if it is one, is that I haven't bought the bagger for my exmark yet, and that runs about $300.00 alone. I haven't needed one yet anyway. I can either turn the job down, or go ahead and invest in the bagger. Just curious what others would charge for this. I didn't have my camera sorry.
