2001 dodge ram 1500 360. Seems to be "making oil", if you will. Radiator is also down. My guess is that it is a bad head gasket. Is there anything else it could be??

Intake manifold gasket would be the most likely cause on that truck.

Cracked head or block will also cause it.

if its not the headgasket and you are getting coolant in the oil than your block could be warped.
was the engine ever overheated?

Agreed. Dodge gas engines are known for this.
