Scalping

I have noticed a few business in the area that have already scalped there lawn, I have a couple of customers that love there winter Rye, however I think it's to early..Here in Texas "Dallas area" we still have Very hot weather

I usually scalp then sew winter rye,,

Yall think it's too early ?
