? on value of exmark turf tracer

I have a chance to buy a 1998 turf tracer 22hp kohler 60" walk behind with approx 1100 hours on it. just wondering what you guys think is a fair price its in great condition.

I think thats a really good price. I'd pay about $2500 for that machine.
