time off policy?

Was wondering what you guys offered for personal time off/ sick days etc... How long does an employee have to work to recieve vacation time and how much time should he or she get? Thanks

Full time people get 5 paid personal days a year.

how long do they have to be with your company to get the 5 days? Do they use up a personal day if they call in sick?

After 1 year. They can use their personal days for whatever they want but I do not pay for sick days.
