need advice

i need to bag some leaf and small limb debris from Katrina.
i have a 44" exmark with a mulch kit and it does a good job of mulching them up.but in areas with very little grass i get alot of blow out from under the deck.what I'm looking for is a bagger that i can put a plastic bag in the hopper.I've seen the Trac Vac and they say one can out a bag in the rubber maid trash can.i was wondering if i could do the same with the 2 bag ultra vac as well.

any suggestions would be appreciated

one more question

i have a shindaiwa eb630 blower.it doesn't seem to be turning full RPMs till its almost outta gas.then the RPMs go up for a minute.any suggestions before i take it in for service.

with all the bridges down here it takes hours to get anywhere and i'd like to avoid that if possible.

Check your air filter (intake) and your muffler (exhuast) and make sure you are not being restricted on air flow. The high revs on the blower is it leaning out (more air than fuel) as it runs out of gas.
