Has anyone got a good work order sheet they can fax/e-mail me? I have all the other forms I need but am lacking one to write up "on the spot" estimates. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have a excel spreadsheet that looks like a nebs proposal form. You could put adjust it to your needs.. I don't know if this is what you were looking for, but let me know if you want it and I could email it to you.

I based all of my forms from Nebs sheets to get ideas how I wanted to do them. A buddy of mine thats a whiz with power point is making them for me. If he has them done I'll email it to you guys.

E-mail away Greens.................I just got finished with a home made version. I did it on WORD 97. I would like to see yours though, I feel like it would look better than the one I did.

can be made 2-3 parts so you have copy also
