Wow talk about bringing out the big guns. I like that wheel loader. Patio looks real nice, but I'm surprised you did not use a larger compactor.

We did I just didn't get a pic of it. We hammered it in 4 inch lifts and then after we compacted it the last time I re-raked it and used the small tamper for final finish on the process. Also what nobody see's is I had 26 inches of topsoil. The photo of it dug out isn't to depth. I deleted the photo off the card by mistake of a 26 inch deep hole. There is 110 tons of stone in that hole. I'd say 20 of it is clean stone 3/4 and 6 inches is processed stone with filter fabric separating the two thats why we have the loader there.

looks like a fun job to do (with all the big toys) how long did it take? price of the the project? thanks looks great

Project took 5 days, @ 20.00 per sq. ft and as for the loader and tri axl no its my buddys set up.
