Does anyone have any info on a fold up liftgate for a full size Ford? I found a company that sells them, but I haven't heard back from them. A photo is at this link:

or here if you want the whole page (it's about halfway down):

I'd love to hear of other suppliers, or how much they cost. Thanks!

Lawrence Stone uses something like that for his truck. He seems to be satisfied.

Yes, but he won't tell me anything about it for some reason. They seem like the perfect setup for a solo operator like myself.

You tried the wrong company.
Try the following one:

Or call them on their toll free number (800-783-1069)
I used these folks quite a few years ago to build one for a box-body truck that I used for my equipment.
They were some of the best folks I have ever done business with. I gave them my dimensions and they built one for me.
Seemed like some honest folks to deal with back then.

Thanks a lot Cleve!! I went to the site, liked their description, and I'm calling them right now. (I'm hoping it's suprisingly inexpensive, but I'm not holding my breath.) Thanks Again!

Take a look at Redi Ramp too.
I had one on my Nissan and was very pleased with it.
It was built tough enough that you didn't need that third 'leg' thing that supports the middle of the ramp.
I'm not saying that brace is a bad thing just unnecessary if you buy one with a superior design like the Redi Ramp

I saw these ramps on a TruGreen truck last week. I emailed them for info and haven't heard back from them yet. They looked kinda of interesting. Just trying to find out how much they cost.

I talked to the guy at handy ramp the other day. The ramp will cost you about $695 to $795.
