Just bid my first commercial account and I have a real good chance of getting the account. If I do I need a walkbehind that is very good on slopes. The slope is steep but can eaisly be walked on. Too steep for a Z, and if I slide I end up in the pond. So I think I need a walkbehind. Please make suggestions for WB's good on a slope. I am open for anything from a 36" up. I probably perfer one I can mount a sulkie so I can use it on other property, but 36 are eaiser to get to some of my backyards. No hurry, I dont start mowing this property till spring. The pond is less than 1/2 acre.

Our dual drive 52's and 61 inch Ferris machines do quite well on a slope. Everyone of them have velkies too. We have been using them for 12 years now and how absolutely no complaints. Heavy duty units, low wide stance, and great reliability day after day.

Is a velkie and a sulky the same thing? I dont know where sulkie came from, horse racing or something. I will look at Ferris Thanks.

Yes, you can find them in 1 or 2 wheel style.
