Help with bidding for Slit Seeding

We are looking at using our Land Pride 48" slit seeder to generate some revenue. We are in an a mostly rural area, with some small towns. Average home value around $150K. What is normally charged for overseeding/renovating with a slit seeder? I included the overview of our area bc I assume that depending on the clientele the price can vary. I am interested in hearing, regardless, of what most people get/ask for this service and how it is charged, i.e. per 1000, per hour, with seed, without seed, etc.

i charge 10 cents a square foot for slit seeding....hydro seeding goes up.

Does that 10 cents include the seed, or is that charged separate?
