XR-7 series of decks, this is the deck you have heard about and we have had in testing for the last couple of years…. This deck is adjustable for any grass type and all cutting conditions.
Rubber molded discharge chute is standard, and will eventually be integrated into our entire commercial mower line.
In the coming weeks I will have much more information to post, pictures, pricing, description….
(66” will be available January 2006, 60” February 2006, 54” and 72” to follow after…)

Flex Forks!!!!
$199.00 per pair, you use your current wheels.
Torsion spring suspension (rubber), simple, no adjustments. Very similar to torsion spring suspension on many trailers.
Available in January 2006 for Hustler commercial mowers, spring of 2006 for the rest of our line up and most major brands of commercial Z’s.

It is free if you pre registered.
You may be able to get in for free if you show up and talk your way in.

ah nice pics. With the flex forks it looks like they allow the tire to "bend" back and up a little bit. How much does with smooth out the ride and does this effect the deck height at all as you go over bumps?

I saw the sulky and im not to sure about it.....it looked REALLY BIG and BULKY and it also looked heavy......for me ill stick with the regular two wheel sulkys

Smooths out the ride considerably.
In testing, we did not hear any complaints on scalping.
E-mail me your information, I have a set of prototypes on a unit not to far from you, I would like to send them to you to try out, let you see for yourself.

I drove a Z at the Expo with the flex forks on them and a suspention seat and that was a really smooth ride.....i was impressed

What exactly is adjustable on the new decks? Looks like everythong is stationary.

No.
I have run the Flex Forks and we have also tested with several end users, and we have not once had this happen.
