Any suggestions on lowering ph on a lawn with a cool season grass mixture of KBG, rye,tall fescue? 6000 SQ. feet

14 being alkaline and 3 being acid, and 7 is neutral
sulfur will bring it down from alkaline
lime will bring it from acidic to neutral

scabyscapes is right.Another option is aerate and topdress with peat moss.Let them know this is not a "one time deal".The soil pH will change from season to season and year to year.It's normal for the pH to drop after a season of fertilizing,due to the fact,as the grass grows,it's taking in more nutrients from the soil.
