Those new grips will be wrist savers. I have been useing a Snapper 52" walkbehind for 8yrs and it has the Loop steering which is the best ive found so far.You can cut much closer with Loop the Pistol grips stickout to far when your mowing around sticker brrss and trees,ect.. Plus i just don't care for them at all. Marks Mowing Service

Exmark wants to make a conversion kit for all mowers in time. The belt drives will get a conversion kit somewhere down the road, but don't look for it anytime soon. This is what the factory rep told me.

for now it's just for turf tracer hp's, next year for the full size turf tracer, then the viking hydro, then who knows maybe they will try the belt drives.
