new seeding question

1. When the seed germinates and pops through the soil, do I continue to water it every day or should I start going to an every other day or 2 to 3 times a week schedule?

2. Once the new seed pops above the soil and there are low air temperatures, will the new grass continue to grow or will the cool temperatures cause it to slow down?

I'd continue to water every day for about another week or so, then back off to every other day for another week. After that you probably won't have to water that much as you'll be into early november.

The growth will probably slow down once daytime highs are consistently in the 50's and nightime lows are in the 30's.
