19 unit condo pricing

is 800.00 a month to much or to less for mowing ,trimming, edging, blowing & trimming hedges. it is about 5 acres of grass. also in northeast florida. thanks for your help. It also takes me and partner about 4 hours to do

Sounds awfull cheap for 8 hours a week of mowing. But, only you know what you have to make to stay afloat.

I would bid it at 75 a unit for all that... that would give you 1425 a month. and maybe put some mulch down after you trim the hedges so not to look so bad.

Is 800 a month enough to cover all you costs and your overhead and your payroll and your profit. Well than, is 800 enough????????
