I need to aerate, fertilize and seed 3 acres. How much is the rate for something like that? Also i need to spread 90 yrds. of mulch, how much for this???

Assuming 120k sq.ft. & 5#'s per 1k sq.ft.:

(1) Aeration - $12/1k sq.ft. or $1440

(2) Fertilizer - $30/10k sq.ft. + $300 application fee or $660

(3) Overseeding - $120/10k sq.ft. + $300 application fee or $1740


Grand Total - $3840...assuming my math is correct

If you have to ask you probably can't do the job. Mulch alone would be about $2700
