:help: My vanguard 16 hp loader engine starts ok but runs rough with the choke off. It runs better with the choke partially pulled out. Can Any one give me som fix it advice. thanks

Sounds like a piece of trash got sucked into a jet, You can pull the top off the carb. and spray all the ports out with carb. choke cleaner and that may do the trick.
