I live in Delaware and the building industry is through the roof. Developments are popping up everywhere. My questions is this... As a general rule of thumb, I am thinking about charging .14/ sq. ft. for overseeding. Price includes seed and labor. For new lawns I am thinking .18/sq ft. Price includes seed, starter fertilizer, and labor. Do these prices seem too high or are they low? Thanks for the advice....

$140/1000 sq ft is a little high for around here, but your market could very well be different. Take location into account when you start getting answers on this question.
