Competative Pricing and Bidding

I live in Delaware and the building industry is through the roof. Developments are popping up everywhere. My questions is this... As a general rule of thumb, I am thinking about charging .14/ sq. ft. for overseeding. Price includes seed and labor. For new lawns I am thinking .18/sq ft. Price includes seed, starter fertilizer, and labor. Do these prices seem too high or are they low? Thanks for the advice....

I include core aeration with my overseeding jobs, 5lb seed per k,starter fert. price per K is $30.00. If I use the slit-seeder price is $50.00 per k.
