60"vs.72" cut ready to buy!

all things being equal do you think one or the other has a better cut? I mow about 5a.c. Iv'e demoed both but the 72" doesn't seem to throw clippings as far as the 60" deck thanks terry r

Was the deck belt tight on the 72"? it should throw the grass as far as the 60".
5 acres is not so big for a 60", do you have tight trimming? uneven terrain? these are some things to consider when looking at the 72" deck.

we run both, i added a super z 27 liquid cooled kawi this year. The thing is an ANIMAL. go with the 72 you can go wrong..

some time soon they will be releasing a new deck 66 inch should be a good one,but if you are just cutting your own property the 60 is what I would get will be much less likely to scalp and is less money. It will be so much faster then what ever you have now. good luck
